Glowing Green Light Issue with Govee H6126 Strip Lights

Hey Govee community! I’ve recently come across an interesting issue with my new Govee H6126 32ft strip lights, and I’m hoping you can shed some light on it. I’ve been using Govee products for a while now, and they’ve always worked like a charm, but this one’s got me puzzled. So, the problem is that as soon as I plug in the new strips, the entire strip glows a very light green, even when it’s not turned on. It’s a faint glow, but it’s definitely there. I’ve owned older discontinued models of Govee strip lights, and they didn’t have this issue. They were completely off when not in use. This green glow only stops when I unplug the device entirely. I’ve tried resetting the strip, checking the app settings, and even ensuring it’s not in any kind of standby mode, but nothing seems to help.I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this or if there’s a known fix. Is this normal behavior for these strips, or could it be a defect? I’d love to hear from others who might have encountered the same issue or have any troubleshooting tips. Maybe there’s a setting I’m missing or a firmware update that could resolve this.On a positive note, when the lights are actually turned on, they perform beautifully. The color accuracy and brightness are top-notch, and the app integration is seamless. It’s just this persistent green glow that’s got me scratching my head. I’d hate to return them if there’s a simple solution out there. If anyone has any insights or advice, I’d be incredibly grateful. Let’s see if we can figure this out together! :handshake:
