Here’s how I made mine: Christmas Bark Recipe Prep Time: 20 minutes | Chill Time: 1 hour | Serves: 20 Ingredients: - 14 sheets graham crackers - 1 cup unsalted butter - 1 cup brown sugar (packed) - 11.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 cup red and green M&Ms - 2 tablespoons red and green sprinkles Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan. 4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low-medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and bring to a boil. Continue boiling for 3 minutes. 5. Pour the bubbly mixture over the crackers, covering them completely. 6. Bake for 4-5 minutes, or until the edges of the brown sugar mixture become bubbly. 7. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to melt the chocolate, then spread evenly with a spatula. 8. Sprinkle the M&Ms and sprinkles on top. 9. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then break into pieces and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
