Going from Pro1 thermostat to w200

Have tried to hook up the w200 and not having any luck. The HVAC fan blows, but there’s no cold air coming out of the vents. The screenshot is how I had the w200 wired.

As shown in the figure, connect the white wire to terminal W1 on the W200; the red U-shaped jumper wire is not required.
