Hey everyone! I’m really excited to share my recent projects and thoughts about Govee products. First off, I’ve been working on setting up a wine cellar, and I’ve decided to use Govee lights for the perfect ambiance. I’ve installed them behind the wine racks, and they look amazing! I’m also thinking about integrating a heating/cooling system with a thermostat/hygrometer sensor to keep the wine at the ideal temperature. Does anyone have experience with connecting these sensors directly to an AC unit? I’d love to hear your advice!
Another project I’m working on is automating my pool area. I’ve been using Raspberry Pi and OpenHAB, but I’ve run into an issue with GPIO pins. I’ve got these I2C GPIO expansion boards, and I’m trying to figure out how to make them work seamlessly with OpenHAB. If anyone has any tips or code snippets, I’d be super grateful!
On a lighter note, I’ve been absolutely loving Govee’s Christmas products. The Christmas Box is such a fun way to decorate, and I’m hoping they’ll expand their security camera line soon. Doorbell cameras with night vision would be perfect for my home!
I’d also like to give a shoutout to the Govee community for their incredible support and innovative products. It’s amazing to see how their devices can transform a space. If anyone has tips for integrating multiple smart devices or troubleshooting common issues, I’d love to hear them!
