Govee Curtain Light Experience and CES 2025 Excitement

Hello everyone! I wanted to share my experience with the Govee Curtain Lights and express my excitement for the upcoming CES 2025 releases.

I recently purchased the Govee Curtain Lights for my home, and I must say, they’ve been a game-changer in terms of ambiance. However, I encountered some connectivity issues initially. The lights would frequently disconnect, and I had to go through a tedious process of reconnecting them each time. I reached out to Govee support, but honestly, the experience was less than ideal. They asked for multiple troubleshooting steps, including sending pictures and videos, which I did, but it didn’t resolve the issue promptly.

Despite the challenges with support, I managed to find a workaround by saving my preferred settings and manually reconnecting when needed. It’s not perfect, but it’s manageable for now. I’m curious if others have faced similar issues or if I’m just dealing with a faulty unit.

Speaking of upcoming releases, CES 2025 has me buzzing with excitement! The sneak peeks of new Govee products, especially the outdoor lights and plant lights, have me eager to upgrade my setup. I’m particularly interested in the new pathway lights and the improved temperature range for the spotlights. With my area experiencing extreme weather conditions, having lights that can withstand -4°C to 140°C is a huge plus.

I’m also excited to see how other companies like Anker and LG are innovating. Anker’s solar umbrella and cooler combo sounds like a must-have for outdoor enthusiasts, and LG’s wireless OLED TV is a fascinating concept.

If anyone has tips on troubleshooting connectivity issues or insights on the latest CES announcements, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Let’s keep the conversation flowing and share our experiences and expectations for the future of smart home technology. :star2:
