Hey everyone! I wanted to share an exciting project I’ve been working on at my job. It’s been a blast, and I’m thrilled with the results! 
So, here’s the backstory: My boss and I have been talking about ways to modernize our office and make it more visually appealing. We’re a material handling company, and I thought it would be awesome to have a dynamic display on the front of our building. Something that could showcase our company name and highlight our equipment in a cool way. After some brainstorming, I pitched the idea of using Govee curtain lights! My boss loved it, and we decided to go all in.
I teamed up with a coworker who’s a woodworking enthusiast, and together we designed a custom frame to hold the lights. We also added a screen backing to enhance visibility and stapled the lights securely to prevent any movement from wind or weather. The result? Absolutely stunning! 
Here’s a quick breakdown of what we did:
- Light Setup: We used two sets of Govee curtain lights to create a vibrant display.
- Frame Design: Custom-built frame with a screen backing for better light projection.
- Stability: The lights are securely stapled to ensure they stay put, even in harsh weather.
The best part? The lights are programmable and can display dynamic content. We’ve already set up a rotating display that shows our company name, key services, and even some fun animations during holidays! It’s been a huge hit with our clients and passersby.
But it didn’t come without its challenges. Initially, we had some issues with the lights flickering due to power fluctuations. After a bit of troubleshooting, we realized it was a simple fix with a more stable power supply. Now, everything runs smoothly!
