I just finished installing my new Govee Glide Y Lights and I have to say, the setup was incredibly smooth! The included cardboard panels and spirit level made the installation a breeze. I can’t wait to share a video of them in action soon. However, I have a question about combining these lights with a regular physical wall switch. I’ve heard that smart bulbs need constant power, which means traditional switches might not work. I found a solution using Shelly relays and ESPHome, but I’m a bit hesitant about reflashing the Shelly. Are there any other reliable solutions for this setup? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
