I’ve been diving into the Workshop feature and wanted to share some tips for anyone looking to create custom effects. First, I started with the indoor lights and found that importing effects from the shared space is a great way to get started. However, I noticed that some lights like the Torchie floor lamp or the 12” ceiling light don’t seem to support Workshop out of the box. Here’s what I did to make it work: 1. Importing Effects: I found that importing an editable effect from the shared space works best. Make sure the effect you’re importing is compatible with your specific light model. 2. Editing Effects: Once imported, I was able to tweak the colors and timing to match my aesthetic. It’s amazing how much control you have over the lighting effects! 3. Testing: I tested the edited effects on my ceiling light and was thrilled to see them work perfectly. The ring effect I created was a hit!
