I’ve recently added a string of Govee outdoor lights to my patio, and I must say, they’ve completely transformed the space! The vibrant colors and customizable settings make it perfect for both everyday use and festive occasions. I especially love how easy it is to control them through the Govee app, and the energy efficiency is a huge plus for my eco-friendly lifestyle.
However, I did run into a small issue with the clips that came with the lights. The white clips didn’t quite match the black base of my neon lights, making them look a bit out of place. After some research, I found that Govee does offer black clips for their neon rope lights, but unfortunately, they don’t fit the outdoor neon lights as they have a slightly wider base. I’m hoping Govee will release compatible clips soon!
In the meantime, I’ve managed to secure the lights using some DIY solutions, and they look great! If anyone has tips on how to make the clips fit better or alternative mounting ideas, I’d love to hear them. Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend Govee lights to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space with smart lighting.
