Speaking of exciting tech, I recently set up my Heidelberg Energy Control Wallbox with Home Assistant using Modbus RTU. It was a bit of a challenge, but I finally got it working! Here’s what I learned: make sure your wiring is solid, check the parity settings, and don’t forget the termination resistor. On another note, I’m really looking forward to Wyze integrating Alexa with their vacuum. I’ve been using the Wyze Vacuum for months now, and it’s fantastic, but the lack of smart home integration is a bit frustrating. I hope they release this feature soon so I can automate my cleaning routine even more!
