Hi everyone! I wanted to share my recent experience with setting up three strands of Govee RGBIC permanent outdoor lights. It’s been quite a journey, but I’m thrilled with the results! 
I purchased two 50ft strands and one 16ft extension strand to wrap around my house eaves. My goal was to connect them all together and control them as one group. Initially, I was a bit overwhelmed, but I took it step by step.
First, I reviewed the connectors and made sure they were compatible. I tested each strand individually before attempting to link them all. It was a bit tricky figuring out the right order, but with some trial and error, everything connected smoothly!
To link them, I used the Govee app, which made the process much easier. I grouped all three strands under a single profile, allowing me to control them together. The RGBIC features are amazing—so many color options and modes to choose from!
I also wanted to ensure they worked seamlessly with my existing smart home setup. I integrated them with my Amazon Alexa, and now I can change colors or set scenes with just my voice. It’s been a fantastic addition to my outdoor lighting!
