I wanted to share my experience and some tips for those looking to install light strips, especially in tricky spaces like under cabinets or around console tables. I’ve heard great things about light accessories like the Lightcessory, but I was a bit overwhelmed on where to start. After some research and trial and error, here’s what worked for me: 1. Measure Twice, Cut Once: Before installing any strips, measure the exact length you need. This helps avoid any unnecessary cuts and ensures a neat finish. 2. Adhesive Strips are Your Friend: I used adhesive strips to secure the lights without drilling holes. They’re easy to apply and remove, making it a reversible and clean solution. 3. Layering for Depth: I experimented with layering different colored strips to create a more dynamic effect. It adds depth and makes the space feel more inviting. 4. Dimmers for Control: Don’t underestimate the power of a good dimmer. It allows you to adjust the brightness and really fine-tune the lighting to your liking. If you’re considering adding light strips, I highly recommend starting small and gradually expanding. It’s a fun project that really pays off in the end!
