My H1 with neutral single and double switch does show devices under intelligent load, but for the triple switch it does not show any devices under intelligent load in the Aqara app. Anybody else have this similar issue?
Hello, is the switch designed for the region you are in? Is it possible that you connected it a long time ago when access was not restricted?
M3 Hub and H1 neutral switch and Aqara app/account are all under Singapore region, bought directly from local authorised distributor.
MARS Tech/Intelligent load does not show devices available specifically for H1 triple gang neutral switch…… it only works with double gang.
Hello, I recommend that you do not remove your switch from your house under any circumstances. You will not be able to return it, it is for another region. I am writing this because I removed the switch myself and could not return it “home”.
Your problem is precisely related to this issue, H1 (3 keys) is not for your region.
