Hi guys,
In our home we bought a couple of H2 EU switches. Most of them work well since a week or 4. But we have problems with one switch. That switch doesn’t respond anymore and only shows a red blinking light. I tried to reset, switch the power off and on and tried Matter and Zigbee to reconnect. Unfortunately, nothing seems to work.
Does anyone has more options to try?

Hi. What was the solution. I’m encountering the same issue with my light switch. It was working fine on matter, tried to switch it over to Zigbee and after multiple connection issues has started flashing red on top switch only and only when putting power to fixtures.
Doubt there is an issue with fixtures or current given it was working fine immediately before and all kit (lights and switch is very new)
