H2 EU switch not reporting power consumption

Hi. I have two H2 switches: one dual and one single chanel. Both connected witch neutral wire. The problem is that single-chanel one is not reporting power usage, exactly as it would be without neutral wire connection. I suspect that it is simply broken, but is there anything that I should chceck before contacting the seller? It never worked, but i assumed that connection with neutral wire was wrong, but chcked and it wasn’t. Dual channel one works without problem. Newest firmware, both connected to M3.

Hello @Twoj_stary
I would try resetting the switch to factory settings and adding it again, perhaps some error occurred when adding it.

Hello @Twoj_stary,

I have the same issue with my 2 switches using Zigbee. Did the factory reset help you?.

TBH - I am Just facing the Same with an H2 Plug.
I was using zigbee (zha) in homeassistant and got kWh reported very ireggularely with great jumps (0 kWh to 240 kWh to 360 … As an example)…
I then used a custom quirk for this Plug, which worked much better (in all other cases), except reporting Power consumption.

Just got a hub to See If there might be a Firmware Update available that could fix this issue, but it seems that I’m already on the latest Firmware.

Reading this - could it be that this issue could Happen, If N and L are switched?

To be honest: I am so surprised :). It helped! I just reset the switch by holding up button until LEDs turned purple. I did not remove it from Aqara Home, system found it and connected again. There was no need to set the automation again, all the settings were there. And now it reports power use.

@Raman.V thank you so much!
