Has anyone experienced this before with your account?

Hi Aqara friends,

Has anyone experienced your account saying you don’t have guardian subscription when you do and paying for it. I’ve tried uninstalling the app on both iOS and Android I have signed out of my account and it still keeps showing that I don’t have a subscription. I don’t know how to fix this.

Hi there, I reset up my guardian profile and I noticed, in connected cameras it’s showing that it’s expired but it’s not expired cuz I just got charged for subscription like 2 weeks ago, so it must be something going on with my account. Thanks for the suggestion.
