Have some issues i cant figure out HELP!

Love this system but I have a couple issues going on any help would be great.

  1. We have G5 POE cameras and 410 doorbell. I have most of them working in my app, but i have my wife as an admin but she has no cameras in her app. I tried to add them but when i scan it says device can not be found even though were on the same network.

  2. One of my G5 cameras wont connect in my app, its added but the connection just says retry, but it works fine in my Homekit?

  3. and Last, My doorbell 410 keeps goin offline then back online in Homekit, but works fine in Aqara app. Has any one experienced this issue?

  1. Cameras, due to security reasons, have to be explicitly shared with other Home members

Go to your home settings in the Aqara app. Click on your wife account. Click “security device permission”. You have to allow her to use cameras on this screen.

I don’t have the G5 camera or the doorbell so I unfortunately cannot help you with the last 2 issues. I reckon device isolation in your router config may break HomeKit, so if you use this feature, then disable it.
