I’m new to the world of smart home automation and I’m really excited to share my vision and get some advice from the community. 
My goal is to create a smart home system that integrates heating, lighting, and sensors, all controlled through a central app. I live in a two-story house with central heating, and I want to ensure that the temperature is consistent throughout the house while being energy-efficient.

Here’s what I’m thinking: I’d like to use a thermostat on the first floor and place sensors on both floors, especially on the second floor where it tends to be colder. The idea is that if any sensor detects a temperature below 24°C, the heating turns on, and if all sensors show above 26°C, the heating turns off. This way, I can maintain a comfortable temperature without wasting energy. 
I’ve been looking into different thermostats and sensors, but I’m not sure how to connect everything seamlessly. I know Ecobee isn’t available in the Czech Republic, and while Netatmo is an option, I’m not sure how to integrate multiple sensors. I’ve also heard about Z-Wave thermostats and Zigbee sensors, but I’m not familiar with how they work with Homey or other platforms. 
Another thing I’d love to set up is a weekly and monthly heating schedule, including holidays. It would be great to have the system adjust automatically based on predefined dates. 
If anyone has experience with similar setups or can recommend specific devices and configurations, I’d be incredibly grateful! I’m really looking forward to hearing your thoughts and learning from your experiences.
