@pang1_4_all You seem to be experiencing an issue with migrating child devices from Hub M3 to Camera Hub G3 as the Camera Hub G3 isn’t detecting other hubs. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:
Hi!
I’m afraid that might not be possible.
It’s possible to migrate devices from older hubs to newer hubs, but not the other way around. Unfortunately, Aqara may not support backward migration.
I would suggest re-adding the devices manually to the other hub, or possibly reaching out to Aqara support just to confirm that there aren’t any alternative options available.
Hope that helps!
Thanks

Camera hubG3 is a new one
“New hub” as in “newer product”. G3 is an older product and has less features (as a hub) than M3.
M3 is a newer product with more features - it supports Thread, and supports Matter ecosystem integration.
If you really insist on using the G3 as a hub, you have to manually remove the devices from the M3, and pair them again with the G3.
Oh ok, thanks
