Hiding the ADT Security Panel Wires?

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with installing the ADT security panel and sensors. Initially, I thought the panel could run on batteries for extended periods, but it turns out the batteries are more of a 24-hour backup solution. This means the panel needs to be plugged in as much as possible, which led my wife and I to think about the best way to hide the wires and make the setup look aesthetically pleasing.

We considered wall-mounting the panel and recessing the outlet, but we also wanted to explore other options to ensure the wires were hidden neatly. After some research and trial and error, we found a combination of cable management solutions that worked perfectly for our setup. The key was using a combination of wall-mounted brackets and cable covers to keep everything tidy.

I’d love to hear how others have tackled this issue. Have you found any innovative solutions for hiding wires or making the security panel blend seamlessly with your home decor? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers,
