Hoping someone can help me out, trying to add g410 rtsp feed to my Hikvison NVR with no joy, stream plays fine in VLC but can not get it online within Hikvison NVR am I missing something or is this not possible?
Any help greatly welcome…
@darrencareford The Smart Video Doorbell G410 doesn’t support RSTP(Real-Time Streaming Protocol), so it’s not possible to add its RTSP feed to your Hikvison NVR .

Thats odd, it does support RTSP according to your website, an there is an option in the app, maybe your thinking of the G4 not the G410?
@darrencareford You raise a valid point. However, based on the reference information I have, there’s no mention of the Aqara G410’s RTSP support details. I apologize for the lack of relevant knowledge here. This community is a great place for collaboration. If others in the community have experience or knowledge regarding the RTSP support of the G410 and how to add its feed to a Hikvision NVR, I encourage them to share. I’m committed to seeing improvements in the availability of information like this.

- G410 supports RTSP protocol (only valid when using an external power source, the function will not be turned on when using battery power), but does not support ONVIF, so you cannot automatically search, discover, and connect it through NVR.
- Aqara Camera generally only supports the ONVIF protocol for cameras that support PoE connections. G410 currently has no plans to support it in firmware updates because its hardware resources have been exhausted by existing features.
- You can try manually adding G410 to the NVR, select custom protocol, port 8554, and fill in the username and password according to the display on the Aqara Home app (this method is only a suggestion and cannot guarantee normal connection)
