The holiday season is just around the corner, and I’m getting so excited! 
I’ve been busy preparing for an outdoor movie night with friends, which has been in the works for months. It’s amazing how much planning goes into something like this, but it’s all worth it for the fun memories we’ll create. 
Speaking of fun, I recently tried out a new recipe for Angel Food Cake with strawberry jello, and it was absolutely delicious! If anyone wants to give it a try, here’s a quick rundown: cut up the angel food cake into bite-sized pieces, make two packets of strawberry jello with less water, let it set a bit, then mix in some fresh strawberries and Cool Whip. Layer it all in a 9x13 pan and you’re good to go! 
It’s perfect for holiday gatherings.
On the tech side, I’ve been experimenting with some DIY projects. I recently set up a Govee Glide in my living room, and it’s been a hit! The vibrant colors and smooth transitions really set the mood. If anyone has tips for customizing LED setups, I’d love to hear them! 
I also came across a cool project where someone transformed an old codepanel into a smart surveillance system using RFID tags and a Fibaro sensor. It’s a great example of how you can repurpose old tech with a little creativity and some soldering.

Lastly, I wanted to share a fun update: I created an adult-only room using about 20 different Govee lights, and it’s been a hit with friends! The way the lights cycle and change colors really adds to the vibe. If anyone has tips for showcasing smart lighting in a unique way, I’d love to hear them!
