Home Assistant Update Issue and MQTT Setup Troubleshooting

Hello everyone! I recently updated my Home Assistant to version 2023.12.2 and noticed an issue with the energy dashboard. The violet ball and energy return values weren’t showing up, even though the sensors were collecting data. After some research, I downgraded to the previous version, and everything worked fine again. I’m curious if anyone else encountered this problem or if it might be a bug in the update.

Meanwhile, I’m also working on setting up MQTT for my Starlink receiver. I followed the documentation but am still unsure about the next steps to integrate the data into Home Assistant. I’ve been using the MQTT tool from GitHub to publish status information, but I’m not entirely confident about the setup. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Lastly, I tried adding some Matter over Thread devices, like the Aqara W100 climate sensor, but faced connection issues. The sensors didn’t integrate properly, even though they showed a successful connection. I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with my OpenThread Border Router configuration or if I need to adjust the Matter Server add-on settings.

If anyone has insights or solutions for these issues, I’d be really thankful! Happy tinkering! :rocket:
