HomeKit keeps showing old devices offline

Hello Guys,

I am having some trouble to find out how to delete old devices that are not active anymore and keeping returning to Home App even after I have Hard Reset Aqara Hub M1, Removed and Re-added to Aqara App, Home App, etc.
I used to use this hub and sensors on an old house that I sold and after 3 years I have connected the hub at my new house but Aqara was showing my old devices offline even though I don’t have them.
I have tried to delete them but because they were offline I wasn’t able to do so I have to hard reset.
Did not work so I tried:
1 - soft reset
2 - hard reset
3 - delete the room
4 - delete house

When I did install it again, was fine and no decide is linked to it but when I bring the Aqara Hub into Home App, it shows all 22 sensors offline.

Not sure what to do. It’s a bug? What is the work around?

I have even created in Home App a room named Ghost Decices and added all them there. And deleted it the entire room. It worked for 1 day and after some time it reappeared the room again with all sensors.
So strange. Any tip? Advice?

Appreciate your time.

Best,
Andrei

Hey @andrei_andrade ! That really sounds weird and annoying! I never heard about that before- but maybe you’re right , sounds like a bug to me to - but M1 hub is really old and not supported really anymore - so I unfortunately think there is no solution … only get a new hub and replace the M1 :grimacing:
