HomematicIP Device Refresh Issue

Hey everyone, I’ve been having a bit of trouble with my HomematicIP devices lately. While most of my smart home setup is working smoothly, I’ve noticed that some of my HomematicIP devices aren’t updating their data in real-time. For instance, my outdoor temperature sensor and some of my heating controls seem to be stuck on old readings unless I manually refresh them. This is a bit frustrating, especially since I rely on these devices for monitoring and adjusting my home’s climate efficiently.

I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps—clearing the app cache, restarting the devices, and even checking the network connection. Everything seems to be in order on the surface, but the issue persists. I also took a look at the logs, and I noticed some recurring errors related to connection attempts and retries. It seems like the devices are having trouble maintaining a stable connection, which might be the root of the problem.

I’m curious if anyone else has encountered similar issues with HomematicIP devices, especially in a Home Assistant setup. Have you found any effective solutions or workarounds? I’m also wondering if there might be a configuration setting I’m missing or if there’s a specific firmware update that could resolve this. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
