Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well! I recently installed Homey for a school project, and it’s been a great experience so far. The setup went smoothly, and adding modules like the Fibaro single switch was a breeze. However, I encountered an unexpected issue during an update. Let me share my experience and seek your advice.
On Monday morning, everything was working perfectly. But around noon, Homey suddenly entered update mode. I assumed it was just updating the existing apps, so I let it proceed. Unfortunately, by the time I left for the day, the update wasn’t complete. Now, a day later, Homey is still stuck in update mode. I’ve read that you shouldn’t turn it off during an update, so I’m hesitant to do anything drastic.
I’m wondering if this is a common occurrence or if there’s something I can do to resolve it. Is there a way to check the progress of the update, like a percentage meter or some indication of how long it might take? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m eager to get Homey back up and running for my project. Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards, Jan
