I’ve reached out to their support, and they mentioned there’s no direct way to turn off the updates. However, they did suggest ensuring the thermostat is properly calibrated, which seems to have reduced the frequency a bit. Not a perfect solution, but it’s something!

For instance, my VeraLite has been a lifesaver for controlling Zigbee and Z-Wave devices seamlessly. I recently added a Honeywell RTH9580 thermostat, and after some trial and error, I managed to pair it with VeraLite using their mobile app. It’s been running smoothly ever since!
