How do I increase poor signal from door sensors?

Hi, I’ve moved my M3 into the hall just a matter of metres from its old location. Two door sensors now have poor signal. How do I improve it? I have a G2pro close to one and I thought it would act like a repeater/mesh but doesn’t seem that it does.

Cheers

Try re-pairing the sensors so they establish a new route.

Hi, your camera is also a gateway. Try binding sensors to it, maybe this will help you increase the Zigbee signal level.

I’m using another hub (the M1S Gen 2) in combination with Hub Cluster functionality on the M3 hub.

Cheers fellas, So do I remove door sensor and then add it to the G2h?

Hello, yes.

Hi, back again. I have moved both sensors to the G2h and one is now good, the other remains poor. I have fitted a H1 light switch in room above poor one but it’s a ‘no neutral’ so I assume it will not function as a repeater/mesh. How do I get the poor signal one to improve?

Exactly , no neutral wired doesn’t improve the signal quality. You need a zigbee device from Aqara that is wired with neutral

Sorry in UK brilliant plugs but no neutral. Any other ideas?

Hello, maybe you can find an Aqara smart socket. You can also find a smart lamp. Anything that has zero and phase.

Just waiting for aqara to sell the sockets in the UK.
