I am trying to connect the U300 to the Aqara Home app. The first time I connected it, I had a lot of problems, but the administrator password was not set. It always gave an error. I removed the lock from the app. Now I can’t connect it again. The reset button doesn’t work. I held it down for 5 seconds, 10 seconds, and even longer. There is no response, no sound signal.
How do I reset it and connect it to the app?
Did you connect the U300 just to Aqara app or also by Matter ( under iOS)
Maybe try to delete the U300 also from the Matter setting on your iOS device
