How do I restart the u300 so I can connect it. I took the batteries out and put back in and hit the set button. It didn’t work

I had it connected over Bluetooth than deleted it. Now I can’t get it to connect to app. It won’t go into discovery mode.

If you’re using an iPhone you should check settings-general-matter accessories and delete it from there if you see it. Reset the lock again then start setting it up with the Aqara app.

Thanks. It was in there. I deleted it but I can’t get the u300 to go into discovery mode.

iirc you have to press the set button once then scan the matter code. You can also press the set button and see if it pops up in the add accessories of your iPhone. If so you can click and manually enter/use camera to go from there

Yeah, I’ve tried all of that. I just returned it. Try again with another one. Lol
