How do you integrate Aqara FP2 devices with Home Assistant?

Personally I am going the odd way of removing the Aqara FP2 devices from my Apple Home hub, only to have them found via the Home Assistant Home hub - only then I can see them perfectly in Home Assistant.

The process is a bit cumbersome though, since I need to manually remove them via the Aqara app from Apple Home. Is there a better way to integrate them into Home Assistant?

Install the homekit integration in home assistant and link the device that way.

You still need to set up zones in the aqara app but the rest you can do in HA.
