Hey everyone, I’m diving into the world of home automation and I have a fun project in mind—automating my home based on the Duke basketball schedule! 
I want to set up my smart devices to know when it’s game day and adjust accordingly, whether it’s changing the lighting, setting up a game-day playlist, or even adjusting the thermostat for game night comfort.
I’ve seen some cool apps that track MLB and NHL game days, but nothing specifically for college basketball. I tried using the gcalendar integration by @bptworld, but it doesn’t seem to pull in the Duke basketball events. Has anyone found a reliable way to integrate college basketball schedules into Home Assistant?
I’ve also come across some API options, but they’re either geared toward commercial use or not free. If anyone has any ideas or resources, I’d love to hear them! I’m even considering developing a custom solution if I can’t find an existing one.
And hey, UNC fans, feel free to throw me off track with some misleading advice—just don’t blame me if I end up with a Duke-themed setup instead!
