How to Permanently Remove Z-Wave Devices from Vera Controller

Hey everyone, I’ve been having a bit of trouble with my Z-Wave setup lately. Due to some unexpected power outages, a few of my Z-Wave devices got a bit wonky and needed a factory reset. As a result, I couldn’t exclude them properly before reincluding them later. I’ve tried using the “remove from controller” option to get rid of their old node numbers, but they keep reappearing in my system, even claiming they’re online when I know they’re not there anymore. It’s a bit frustrating, but I’m hoping to find a solution here!

I’ve followed the usual steps: removing them from the controller, deleting the devices from OpenHAB, and even restarting the system. But no matter what I do, those old devices still show up when I try to add new ones. It’s not causing any major issues, but it’s definitely making my system look cluttered. I’d love to have a clean setup, so I’m really hoping someone has some advice on how to permanently remove these devices.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Did you find a workaround or a more effective method to get rid of those old nodes? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help, and I look forward to hearing from you all. Let’s keep this community strong and supportive! :rocket:
