How do I reconfigure the Wifi for the camera or delete the camera from the app?
I set it up at home, but I want to use the camera at my work. The reset button is not working and I don’t know how to reconfigure the wifi or delete the divice.
I wishbI didn’t have to buy one and return the old one.
There is NO videos on line to reconfigure the wifi for the aqire camera for an android.

Yesterday, I connected a Camera Hub G3 to a new Wi-Fi network because I had replaced the router. It’s actually quite simple. You just need to reset the network (usually by pressing a button for 10 seconds) and then add the device again in the Aqara app.
However, if you place it in a new location, you should add another home (in this case, your workplace) in the Aqara Home app. But also ask your IT department whether the device is allowed to connect to your company’s Wi-Fi.
Hello, welcome to the forum. You can do this from the app without deleting the camera. Go to the app (phone on WIFI at work) and connect the camera according to the pictures. This camera will be displayed in your current house. And I always do this for my houses so as not to reset the camera and have all the controls on one page without switching between houses😊

@gafich10 Well, I should have known that yesterday. But it was quite easy as it was. Thanks anyway. Maybe next time. By the way, I didn’t delete the camera.
Okay, whether or not you always want to change location, and whether or not you want to separate that, is something you have to decide for yourself.
