Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to figure out how to separate my doorbell camera from its mount. I recently needed to charge the battery, but it’s been a real hassle getting it out. I tried using a screwdriver and a knife, but I was worried about damaging the camera. I even bent the knife a bit trying to get it out. There must be a better way that I’m missing!
After some trial and error, I finally figured it out! You just need to stick a paperclip into the small hole at the top of the camera. It worked like a charm! I wish the instructions had mentioned this method. I’m sharing this in case anyone else is struggling with the same issue.
