I’ve reinstalled my u100 to a new door at a new house. The door locks in the opposite direction than my old house. How does one change that? I thought a simple recalibration would work, but it’s not.

you have to adjust the center pin to fit a left or right throw, based on the horizontal orientation of the bolt, not vertical.

You may also need to turn the latch over so that the inscription is on top.
