Hi everyone, I recently moved my APC Smart UPS 1500C to a new location, and I’m encountering some communication issues. The UPS worked perfectly in the main office, but after moving it to a different subnet with a new ISP IP address, it stopped communicating. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times and using the built-in controls, but nothing seems to work. The UPS shows ‘Sr0’ on the screen, and it’s still marked as ‘Critical: communication lost’ in the web portal. Has anyone else experienced this issue when moving their UPS to a new network? Any tips or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated! I’m really curious to see if there’s a straightforward solution to this problem. ![]()
