Hola, más de una semana intentando conectar el Hub E1 de Aqara y es absolutamente imposible!!! He seguido todos los foros y consejos: configurar mi router a 2.4 MgH, reiniciar el Hub (10 segundos, luz amarilla intermitente modo búsqueda), reiniciar iPhone, reinstalar App Aqara… y NADA!
Solo consigo que Homekit lo añada a una habitación, pero el dispositivo no aparece ni en la casa de Homekit ni en la App de Aqara. Solo se muestra un mensaje que dice:
“En este momento, la puerta de enlace está en modo Mi Home ¿Desea cambiar al modo Aqara Home para poder conectarse a la aplicación Aqara Home?” Y cuando pulso “cambiar”", me da error y ya no puedo continuar.
Pienso sinceramente que un dispositivo así no puede ser tan complicado de instalar. Tendría que ser un simple plug&play. Porque sino, lo hace inaccesible para el usuario normal y imposible de recomendar su compra.

Did you bought a Chinese version? Then it probably works only on mainland China server
And I can’t change the zone in the settings? If not, I don’t understand how a dealer can sale a device that don’t run to an EU buyer.
Where are you bought it?
If you bought a Chinese version it’s just available for Chinese server. Specially the hubs are limited to the market (China, Europe, USA…) they are sold for.

Ok. Finally I solved the problem. I’ve reinstalled the Aqara app and I’ve just selected China as my region and disabled location, then I can add the Hub, and the Aqara Mini button.
Just one more question please. How can I add the button (that appear in the Aqara app) in the Homekit? I would like to do some automations with Homekit when I push the button.

Did you not bind the hub to HomeKit by binding process?
Yes, the hub appears in Homekit and in the Aqara app. But when I’ve added a MiniButton, only appears at Aqara app (linked to Hub) but not in the Homekit. And I would like to work with the button at Homekit.
