Hub M100 does not connect in app

HubM100 doesn’t connect in app. Give unknown error Code -2. It seems to get an ip-address from my network. Led flashes blue then gives the error in the app and the led on the device goes white. Can’t get it to connect.

Maybe you should also try using a different USB power adapter.

Continuing the discussion from Hub M100 does not connect in app:

Yes I did, it did make a difference.

Yes I did, even updated the router firmware. It made no difference.

The Hub led is flashing blue so it trying to connect to my Wifi network. It even gets an Ip-address if I look in the router, but soon after it disconnects. I only have 2.4Ghz. WiFi credentials password is good, maybe WPA2/3 setup? Cant change anything in the Hub M100.

I have solved the problem by using a different wifi-router Asus RT-AX58.
The wifi-router on my internet provider router KPN Box 12 here in the Netherlands doesn’t want to work with the Hub M100. Same settings as on the Asus, but no not working for unknown reasons.
