Hub M1S Gen 2 : déconnexion wifi récurrente

Bonjour,

ZigBee occupies the 2.4GHz frequency, which is the same as WiFi. And unfortunately the router can choose a channel that is very close to your Zigbee channel and it will cause interference and disconnections. If you have a laptop or an Android phone you can install a wifi analyzer and check for interference.

It may be also a coincidence and your ISP has temporary issues. Also, if you have a router/modem/access point provided by the ISP, it may not handle well when many devices are connected to it.

For example, my old modem had issues when there was more than 10 devices connected to WiFi and there was high traffic. It was most noticeable when I played online games on my PS5. I’ve bought Deco Mesh and it fixed the problem for me (I have 30-40 WiFi devices now).

If you wish to upgrade your smart home, you might also consider upgrading your hub. For example, hub M3 is Matter compatible and it supports Ethernet, which is more stable. Or the G5 Pro is a camera and a hub and supports Ethernet
