Hub3 not updating from 0008-0019

I purchased the hub 3 along with window sensors etc I’m trying to update it from 4.3.0_0008 to 4.5.20_0019
But it won’t download past 40% and just says update in a loop , what’s the fix for this ?

Just try to turn on automatic update
