Hubitat C7 Connectivity Issues and Troubleshooting

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to share my experience with the Hubitat C7 and see if anyone else has encountered similar issues or might have some insights.

I recently purchased a Hubitat C7 and set it up with my existing smart home ecosystem. However, I’m running into some connectivity problems that I can’t seem to resolve. The device is powered on and connected via Ethernet, but the blue light remains constantly on, and it doesn’t show up on my router’s connected devices list. I’ve tried using the FindMyHub tool with the MAC address, but it still doesn’t detect the hub.

I’m using a TaoTronics Mesh Wi-Fi Router Tri-Band AC3000 3-Pack, and I’ve double-checked all the router settings to ensure there are no restrictions or issues with the MAC address. I’ve also tried resetting the hub to factory settings and重新连接,但问题依旧存在。

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with the Hubitat C7? I’d greatly appreciate any suggestions or troubleshooting steps you might recommend. I’m eager to get this device up and running to fully integrate it into my smart home setup.
