I recently purchased the Hubitat Elevation hub and decided to start with a few Z-Wave devices to test the waters. I’ve been having some trouble pairing my Aeotec Recessed Door Sensor 7 ZW187-A, which isn’t showing up during z-wave inclusion or exclusion. The documentation mentions scanning a QR code on the device to facilitate joining, but I can’t find this feature in the app, even after trying the beta version. Am I missing something obvious here? I followed the manual process, but it’s been hit or miss. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a workaround? I’d love to hear your experiences and tips for successful device pairing with Hubitat.
