Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has encountered and resolved an issue with my Hue LED strip. After connecting it to my Hue system and adding it to a room, I noticed that the lights won’t turn off when I either dim them or toggle the off switch in the Hue app. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating the firmware, unplugging and re-adding the light, but the problem persists. Interestingly, out of the 3 LEDs, one stays on and doesn’t dim at all. I’m hoping someone in the community might have a solution or insight into this frustrating issue.
