I let the camera hub G410 (doorbell and chime) OFF during 15 days. I put the current again and they didn’t succeed in connecting wifi. So I delete ALL the acessories in the aplication in my account. Then I reinit le chime network by pressing during 10 seconds the button on the chime. But the chime tell me "Remove the acessories from the application first).
So I can’t make any connection with it, neither discover it agin and I 'm completed blocked. The led chime stay fix blue at the moment.
Any help ?
I showed two pictures below. When this feature is turned on, by pressing the indoor chime function button for 10 seconds continuously, it will play “Please delete the accessory in the app.” You need to turn off this feature to complete the device unbinding. Another way is to restore the device to factory settings by pressing the indoor chime function button 10 times, but this operation will unbind all child devices and automations that have already been set up.

I have effectively activated this security function in the past. This explain the behaviour. I finally restore to factory to operate again the G410
However, It seems there is a bug, because, I delete all the acessories in my account (included the G410), and It was not possible to access to this security menu, but the chime continue to stay blocked on this configuration.
In this case where the acessory G410 is delete from the account, the chime would be free ? What do you think about this particular case ?
I answer myself. You must push 10 times the button of the chime to reinit entirely the chime. In this case new connection is OK.
