Currently, signal strength labels are inconsistent across the app. For example, one screen shows “GOOD” while another shows “EXCELLENT” for the same signal level.

I do find this annoying, it would indeed be nice to show a consistent label.
0-30 = Poor
30-90 = Acceptable
90-120 = Good
120-150 = Great
150 > = Excellent
