Install T1M light with smart switch

I installed a T1M light and an Aqara Smart Switch connected with neutral and set as decoupled.
I use them integrated to Apple Home.
My problem is that when I turn off the switch with Apple Home the light doesn’t work anymore with the app (it gets no power).
When I control the light directly from the switch, it works because of the decoupling.
Is there a way to have a seamless connection and be able to control the on/off in Apple Home using the switch instead of the lamp control?

Hello, select the option “the device turns on when light appears”. You will make the smart one a “dumb lamp” that is turned on with a simple switch. Please note that after turning it on, it will light up in the position it was in before turning it off.

Thanks for your reply. I checked my configuration and it is the one you recommended.
The problem with it is, that the lamp apparently loses the power when I turn the switch off using the Apple Home app and if I try to turn it on directly with the physical switch at this point, it doesn’t work. I need to go to Apple Home and turn the switch on again so that the system works properly.
For me it looks like it’s working as a hybrid between a dumb and a smart switch.

Hello, maybe you turned the smart switch (physical) into wireless mode? Check my version and write back to me.
If so, then you need to make an automation that will turn on T1 when you press the physical switch (in which the button is unbound).

This is how I’m organized.

Note that to turn off T1 I do not turn off the wall switch (H). I only turn it on (the switch) in case I accidentally turned it off from the program.

Thanks. I do have a very similar setup.
It is a very good idea to include the “turn on switch” in the automation to prevent power supply issues in the light. I’ll try that and let you know.

The scheme works 100%. I have been using it for two years.

Hello @iprada
What switch are you using?
if you have wireless keys in Homekit, you can assign automation for them in HK too

Thanks. I am using an Aqara Smart Light Switch with neutral cable.
The problem is that the Apple Home App doesn’t recognize the switch as a button, but as a switch. So it doesn’t have the option to set it up for single, double or triple press.
