Integrating a New Smart Lock: Seeking Advice

Hey everyone! I’m really excited about my new smart lock and can’t wait to integrate it into my smart home setup. I’ve been using a few smart devices already, and they’ve been working great, so I’m looking forward to adding this lock to the mix. However, I’m running into a bit of trouble, and I could really use some advice from the community.

I’ve followed all the instructions to set up the lock, including downloading the necessary app and connecting it to my hub. The lock itself seems to be working fine—manually unlocking and locking it works without any issues. But when I try to control it through my smart home system, nothing happens. It’s frustrating because I was really hoping to automate my front door with this lock.

I’ve checked the connectivity settings multiple times, and everything seems to be in order. The lock is showing up in my hub’s device list, but it’s just not responding to any commands. I’ve also tried resetting both the lock and the hub, but that didn’t help either. I’m wondering if there’s something I’m missing in the setup process or if there’s a compatibility issue I need to be aware of.

If anyone has experience with integrating smart locks, especially this particular model, I’d love to hear your tips or any troubleshooting steps you might suggest. I’m also curious if others have had similar issues and how they resolved them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
