I’m currently working on enhancing my home security setup and came across an interesting challenge. I have a camera with PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) functionality, and while I can access the PTZ controls through the camera’s own web interface, I would love to integrate these controls directly into my openHAB setup for a more seamless experience. This would allow me to adjust the camera’s position directly from my openHAB interface without having to switch to the camera’s webpage.\I’ve done some research and found that it might be possible to create a hyperlink within openHAB that directs to the camera’s hosted page, but I’m not entirely sure how to implement this. I’m wondering if there’s a way to map the PTZ controls as items in openHAB so they can be controlled through the UI or even via voice commands.\Has anyone successfully integrated PTZ controls into their openHAB setup? Any advice, tutorials, or tips would be greatly appreciated!
