I’m currently working on integrating monitoring for our septic and lift-station pump tanks into the IQ Panel 4. Each tank already has an emergency float switch, which is essentially a normally open (NO) sensor that closes when the water level gets too high. The challenge is to connect these existing float sensors wirelessly without adding additional water sensors to each tank.
I’m looking for a solution that acts as a single-zone hardwired translator. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or found a product that fits this need? I’m particularly interested in hearing about experiences with wireless integration and any tips on maintaining reliable communication with these sensors.
If you’ve successfully integrated float switches or have recommendations for wireless translators, I’d love to hear about your setup and any lessons learned. Let’s collaborate to find the best approach for this project!
